Puerto Escondido possibly one of the coolest places on earth.
Getting off the bus after a 9 hr over night journey, we were happy that we had arranged a place to stay (an awesome place that we had previously stayed 2yrs earlier, Ananda hotel is tip top recommend it to anyone) when we first walked onto the balcony and almost tripped over the many hammocks waiting to be laid in, there in front of me was 3 little birds which made me smile.
Escondido felt like it was practically another town of Australia, on the main beach strip Playa Zicatela it seems like there are almost just as many aussies as there are Mexicans.
Lauren struggling through the day.
I spent the week during the day doing nothing oh sweet nothing but it was the kind of nothing that at the end of the day u feel like u have accomplished something,
Bliss
i think the hardest thing to decide was which way to lay in the hammack or if it was time to roll over to try get an even amount of sun.
Our favourite place to spend the day in the sun was Playa Carrizalillo
I met this chick in Brisbane through my Spanish course I did then randomly bumped into her on the beach in mexico.
Each evening we celebrated our day of relaxing by hitting up dos por uno pina coladas whilst laying in hammocks and watching the sun dip into the ocean.
Then the shanadigans would begin!!
